Question 1

Why do I have to pick the version too, isn't the model enough?

Accepted Answer

Because the version is what decides the part. The same Panda comes in dozens of versions, and brakes, filters and suspension change from one to the next. Two cars that look identical can take different parts. It's the extra step that saves you the return at the end.

Question 2

Can I search by number plate?

Accepted Answer

For now you search by make, model and version: three steps and you only see parts that really fit. If you have the registration document to hand, fields D.1, D.3 and E give you everything you need in ten seconds.

Question 3

My vehicle isn't in the list. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

In the selector on the home page, under the search button, there's "Can't find your vehicle? Ask us". Attach a photo of the registration document and we'll look for it. The document really does matter: it carries the type approval, the only piece of data that tells apart versions called the same thing. Without it, any answer would be a guess.

Question 4

What does it mean when a part «is not listed as fitting»?

Accepted Answer

It means the catalogue data has no link between that part and your vehicle. It does not mean it is incompatible: missing information is not negative information. We word it differently precisely so it isn't read as a no. In that case, ask us to check before you buy.

Question 5

What's the difference between an OE number and a manufacturer number?

Accepted Answer

The OE number is how the car maker identifies the original part; the manufacturer number is how the company that builds it identifies it — Bosch, Brembo, Valeo. The same part has both, and searching with either one leads to the same place. There's a guide that explains it.

Question 6

Do I have to register to ask a question?

Accepted Answer

No, if the question is about a part: availability, fitment, doubts about the item. An email address is enough. You do need to sign in for questions about an order, a return or an invoice: those have an answer that depends on your data.

Question 7

What is the garage for?

Accepted Answer

To save up to five of your vehicles, so you don't redo the selection every time. Vehicles are added from the selector and not from a free-text form: make, model and version have to match the catalogue, otherwise they wouldn't hook up to any part.

Question 8

I run a workshop. How do I get trade prices?

Accepted Answer

By registering as a business from the business area and uploading the documents: identity document of the legal representative, a company registry extract no older than six months, and the details of an account in the company's name. Trade prices switch on after the check. Until then you see the same prices as everyone else.

Question 9

Can I buy right now?

Accepted Answer

Not yet: the cart and payment aren't active. You can browse the catalogue, check fitment, save parts to your wish list and ask us about availability and price through support.

Question 10

Why don't you ask me to accept cookies?

Accepted Answer

Because the six cookies this site writes are all technical, and those don't need consent. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tools. The full list, with names and durations, is on the cookie page.

Question 11

What happens to the photo of my registration document?

Accepted Answer

It stays attached to your request, in a private space with no public address: it can't be reached by guessing a name, and only someone entitled to it can open it. You can ask us to delete it whenever you like.

Question 12

Do you track what I look at on the site?

Accepted Answer

No. We count visits by section — "catalogue", "deals" — and not by page, and the count uses a one-way fingerprint whose secret changes every night. Nobody can ask the system what you did: the data to answer doesn't exist.
