Shipping and delivery

How we ship
GIMEC S.R.L. guarantees delivery and tracking, which is sent by email when the goods are handed over to the carrier. To that end, in the “My orders” section the consumer can check the status and the approximate position of the parcel using the tracking code. If the consumer needs to know which carrier will make a specific delivery — for reasons of receiving goods on site or at a workshop, they can contact support before confirming the order and it will be stated expressly.
How the shipping cost is calculated
The shipping cost shown when the order is confirmed is final and inclusive of all charges: no additional amount may be charged to you after confirmation, except with the consumer's express acceptance described in the cases of a rate to be agreed:
ADR, OVERSIZED, PALLET.
Free shipping, up to a total weight of 10 kg, when the goods reach: in Italy (Sicily and Sardinia included) €89 for private customers and €110 + VAT for businesses; in Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Hungary €139 and €159 + VAT; in Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Spain €179 and €209 + VAT; in Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden €239 and €279 + VAT. The thresholds for private customers include VAT and are calculated on the value of the goods, before any discounts and excluding shipping. It does not apply to the smaller Italian islands, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, nor to the European islands with a courier surcharge (Corsica, the Balearics, the Canaries, the Azores and Madeira, the Greek and Croatian islands). If on an order free shipping does not cover the courier cost, you only pay the difference, which we show you in the cart before you confirm.
Shipping always free to Bacoli and Monte di Procida (postcode 80070), for private customers and businesses, whatever the amount and weight.
The delivery estimate on the product page
The delivery date shown on the product page is an approximate estimate, calculated taking into account procurement and transport times. An item shown as “available” means immediate availability. The preparation time and the subsequent shipping process must therefore be added.
Where a part is instead marked “request availability”, it means that availability, price and delivery times depend on procurement times. Once a request has been opened the maximum waiting time is about 90 minutes, unless the operator indicates otherwise.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Europe.
If a delivery does not arrive
Write to support quoting the order number, and we will open the case with the carrier.
The call centre is open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods during transport remains with the seller. After delivery to the recipient or to a third party indicated by the recipient, responsibility lies with the consumer.
